Buddhism in a few words is the initial level within the regular study programs that the FPMT has designed to have a gradual approach to the philosophy and practice of Tibetan Buddhism.
This course introduces participants to the most basic and important aspects of Buddhist philosophy, psychology, and precepts, as well as meditation techniques and methods. It is a theoretical and practical course, with a participatory tone, in which talks, meditation and debate alternate.
